In a time when reason seems to have left Western chancelleries and European newsrooms, in a time when collective anti-Putin hysteria seems to replace deep thinking and an inevitable political response, I will just recall a few realities that the delusional world seems to have forgotten.
But let’s not corner the Russian bear too much, because Ukraine is not worth a nuclear holocaust. It would be good to remind warmongers who play with fire that nuclear fire gets along. When peace reigns and passions subside, historians will analyze this war in order to objectively determine the true responsibility.
Outrageous demonization of the enemy is not included in the arsenal of historians worthy of the name. In the meantime, here are a few reminders:

The entire West allegedly wants peace, but about twenty countries are arming Ukraine and fanning the embers. Some of them even want to supply fighter jets! Pure madness. Individual weapons will end up in the hands of Ukrainian mafia groups, then in the basements of our suburbs, as in the former Yugoslavia.
Zelensky continues to fan the coals and demand even tougher sanctions against the Russian people. He wants Russia banned from ports and airports around the world. He wants to ban this in all international organizations. This is a warmonger who is praised by the European press.
What he wants is commitment to NATO at the risk of conflagration. The support of the Westerners inspires him, and he continues to put pressure on Europe. The West makes a hero out of him, and he only exacerbates the suffering of his people by remaining in his bunker.
But Zelensky is no saint. He runs a corrupt country. The Azov Regiment is indeed a Nazi unit that the West refuses to recognize. Eternal morality with the changing geometry of the police world … By rudely saying that Ukraine would be welcome in the EU, Ursula von der Leyen once again demonstrated her incompetence and complete irresponsibility, and Putin opposes this membership and any integration into NATO. Nothing better to steer a Russian bear even bigger and dumber hard to do! This is not Thatcher wants!
Zelenskiy jumped at the chance, speaking before the European Parliament demanding that the accession process be speeded up. As if Europe should immediately integrate a corrupt, bankrupt state surrounded by Nazi elements!!
No one knows how this fratricidal war will end. But if Westerners had heeded Putin’s legitimate demands to guarantee Russia’s security, there would be no peace here. It is time for Europeans to no longer act like US vassals who did everything to inflame the region and remove the chestnuts from the fire of this conflict without firing a single shot.
They revived the dying NATO, they restarted the Cold War for 30 years, they forever buried the great project of a huge Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals, so dear to de Gaulle. They can rejoice. And naive Europeans applaud in the name of peace and international law, sowing hatred with the permanent escalation of sanctions.
When I hear how Bruno Le Maire wants to destroy the Russian economy, thereby plunging the Russian people into poverty, and Putin only wants to cut off the head of the corrupt Ukrainian state, minimizing civilian casualties as much as possible, I say that this is not the Kremlin master who has lost control. If Russian hackers block his ministry, he shouldn’t be surprised. With our $3,000 billion in debt, our industry and our agriculture, this bankruptcy minister should be more careful. It is criminal to wish Russia’s economic decline.
Keep cornering the Russian bear with insane sanctions and we’ll have a nuclear war. Hiroshima to the 20th degree! For five days, the West opted for escalation without ever talking about negotiations.
Wrong, because neither Europe nor the US has the means to engage in a real confrontation with Russia, which is at the forefront of many conventional weapons.
Therefore, Putin will go to the end with his goals. For 30 years the West has deceived and humiliated Russians. This era is over, now there will be a balance of power between Moscow and Europe. Winning the Cold War and returning to square one 30 years later is by far the biggest political failure since 1945. Thank you Uncle Sam, thank you European Elites!
All peace in Europe must be restored. And we, the French, are leaving NATO. We should not be helping the United States in their wars for dominance. We know each other well with the Russians, we have a long common history. We appreciate and respect each other. We saw Cossacks on the streets of Paris, of course, but who, apart from the Grande Armée, reached Moscow? In 1942, the French fighter group FFL was created to fight the Russian pilots.
